La coreana Inbee Park è la vincitrice del RICOH Women’s British Open di Scozia

Inbee Park è la numero uno mondiale del golf e ha dimostrato di meritarsi pienamente il suo primo posto, vincendo con una grande rimonta, siglata da un 65 (-7), e con lo score di 276 colpi (69 73 69 65, -12) il RICOH Women’s British Open, quarto dei cinque major stagionali femminili svoltosi sul tracciato del The Trump Turnberry Resort (par 72), a Turnberry in Scozia. Per la 27enne di Seul è il settimo major nel palmares, in 16 titoli complessivi conseguiti sul LPGA Tour, e con esso avrebbe completato il “grande slam” vecchia maniera, ma ora i major femminili sono cinque e avrà occasione di fare cinquina nell’Evian Championship (10-13 settembre), che peraltro ha già vinto quando era solo una gara del LET.
