Alla Volvo Ocean Race premiato il miglior reporter, Matt Knighton, con 20.000 euro

Non solo premi per i vincitori della regata, alla Volvo Ocean Race vengono premiati anche i reporter, quest’anno uno nello specifico: Matt Knighton che si è aggiudicato il premio di 20.000 euro, dopo aver trascorso nove mesi di navigazione su tutti gli oceani del pianeta, producendo video, foto e testi. Il premio gli è stato consegnato dal CEO di Inmarsat Rupert Pearce, nel corso della cena di gala svoltasi a Goteborg. Il riconoscimento è stato deciso prendendo in considerazione le doti di creatività, la qualità e la capacità narrativa e altri premi sono stati assegnati ad Amory Ross di Team Alvimedica e Sam Greenfield di Dongfeng Race Team, che hanno entrambi ricevuto un assegno di 8.000 Euro.
